Sham, Fake, False, Unreliable, No Service

Yourlegaldesk.com offer a service to answer all legal enquiries within 24 hours for a fee of 16. I sent them a simple question two days ago and I have still not recieved a reply.

Furthermore, they have not responded to my complaint which I sent after 27 hours. I have now sent them another e-mail requesting a refund - I am not hopeful as it would appear that this 'company' is little more than a sham.
