Yourlegaldesk.com offer a service to answer all legal inquiries within 24 hours for a fee of £16. I sent them a simple question two days ago and I have still not received a reply. Furthermore, they have not responded to my complaint which I sent after 27 hours. I have now sent them another e-mail requesting a refund - I am not hopeful as it would appear that this 'company' is little more than a sham.
