Cell Phone Buying Scam, Ripoff, Theives

Facts:
Placed order to sell my used phone on 08/27 Order Number 126757
Sent BlackBerry, less than 1 year old Verizon 8703E in orginial box, worked 1 day prior to sending it in, I switch to a Voyager.
Sent Motorla E815

I sent my items by USPS Register, so they would have to sign for it
Item received 09/05/07

Working Blackberry report to have water damage, I advised to send it back to me, they accepted my E815 and deducted the shipping charge of 8 from those proceeds... I have called, called and emailed, been promised check after check and return after return...

Today still no phones, no check.

Last email from them was that my check would get me out a check this week, that was in November. I do see on their website that they sent me a check on 1/8, but still no check or phone in my hands.

Do do business with these people, they are thieves. If I don't hear a reply back from them in 30 days, I will be contacting Verizon, as I still have my paperwork to report this phone stolen, so they can turn that service off.

So, for the person who bought that phone from them...

Also, I beilve this constitues mail fraud, since the transaction of them recieving these good used the USPS.
