AKA Wholesale Systems Inc. Does NOT hold up to aggreement-Lied to BBB-won't cooperate - look at all the other reports - I have all documents to prove

All they had to do and still do is fulfill there agreement of exit. I'll get to the point and try to keep this short. I will state first we do have all documents to back up our claim.

Before entering into an agreement with this company we read everything multiple times. After looking at the exit strategies we accepted. The two main points of exit were 1. Not being able to find a location. 2. Not being able to get financing. We were fine with both of these. If we were not able to find a location or get financing we could cancel the contract and get three thousand of are fifteen thousand back. The 3k going for administrations etc. It seemed high but we agreed. We were contacted through email only, by a realtor. My partner and I would look for locations and email her with info.

We never met any realtor whatsoever. Did I mention my partner owns a large real estate company and I had been a realtor at the time for 6 years. We would correspond back and forth through email about various locations. This went on for a few months. I do believe she was as helpful as could be from where she was. After not finding anything at all, do to either location, price or condition, we decided to exit. I sent a nice pre notice by email followed up with a certified WRITTEN notice explaining that we would like to exit and do something else. All we wanted was 12k of are 15k back as agreed. Fred Spindle said we would not receive anything back but are money would be held in escrow until we changed are minds. (do you think we would want to do business with them after they wouldn't refund are 12k after keeping 3k, NO WAY).

I tried a few phone calls to no avail. Time went on and I contacted the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau. Sent all documents to them. I have documented all times dates and correspondence with the BBB.

In a nut shell, Fred Spindle sent them a letter stating a complete false hood, (I have a copy) about a real estate agent contacting us and showing us properties, whether or not he is aware of this lie or not I don't know (remember my partner myself and wife and most of are friends were or still are real estate agents). I sent in a rebuttal basically stating we were never contacted by anyone locally much less shown properties by them. All correspondence took place with a female by email. We were informed by the BBB that they ASI would refund us are money, then I was informed they would not.

I did look up this supposedly male agent here locally and know such person exist that I could find. Once again I don't know if Fred Spindle was lied to or misinformed or got us mixed up but the end result was we could not find a location and they WOULD NOT GIVE OUR MONEY BACK. And we really tried to find a location. So here we are. We should get back the entire amount just for the hassle they have put me through. Had I received my 12k back in the beginning I might of tried again at a later date, but not now. If this is how they handle problems then no way would I deal with them or recommend them. If it's a mix up or bad info or they made a mistake then I might understand. I am a forgiving person.
