New Addititon Daycare
Un-perfessional and un-organized staff... Rude

A week before March 3, I went into New Addition Daycare to find out the fees of this Daycare. I was impressed of what I saw... It was clean, and the woman I spoke to was very helpful and nice. She was one of the two year old teachers. I ask for an enrollment form and there weren't any printed up. The woman told me to come back tomorrow to fill one out. She told me that March 3, they were going to have another suite open. I thought that this must be a good school if they were this packed...

Anyway, I went the following Monday to enroll my two year old son at this daycare. I had spoke to a lady that came in that is the sercretary at the foot desk. She was very rudebecase I told her that I was hear to enroll my son, then she didn't even look at me. She just said that they didn't have any room and thats why there wasn't anyforms and would have any oppenings till March 3rd. Then I asked for the owners name and number... She wrote then on a paper and said to me that they would tell me the same thing, but she had know idea what I needed the number for. She was the rudest woman I had spoke to there... I told her that that was fine and I just want to have the number.

When I left, Is when I had relized that Today was March 3rd and I yet still couldn't have put my son in daycare... I'm not sure the lady at the desk even knew what day it was, but yet when I went in for a tour nobody didn;t tell me that there wasn't any room for my son at that daycare. There for I had to take the day off to stay home with my son... I have been up there twice and the woman who runs the front desk was not there either time. And they call that saftey!!!
