I received a flyer and contacted them for service... It was approved then an installation date was established. On the day they where to install no one showed up... I contacted them and they told me I was not qualified, but they took there money via EFT. They said they would return it in 5 bussiness days. They did not so I contacted them again and they said it woulld take 5 more days... This passed so today again I called and talked to the same person that told me it was going to take 10 more days and that I was going to be charged with a processing fee. I feel that they should have not taken the money from my account if I was not qualified for there services. I do not know if I will ever receive a refund.
