If ever you have a doubt on what shipping company to use, go XXXXX before UPS. I had waited for a shipment to be delivered to my home and when I went to get my mail I noticed the note on door. I called UPS to say that I was home at the time the courier said he "knocked on my door" and they told me that he wouldn't be able to re-deliver (it was 1 hour prior), I can pick it up at the station much later in the evening. Even after telling them the importance of the package they still would do nothing for me. This is the third time I paid to have a package delivered and ended up picking it up myself. After calling the customer service number and asking to speak to a supervisor to complain, I waited for 10 minutes and then a agent "mistakenly" got back on the phone and said that "this rude women wants to talk to a supervisor and she wont let me help her at all, she was screaming"... Another lie. I gave my tracking number as instructed and then "asked" to "please" speak to a supervisor. Nothing more. No screaming, no rudness. Left that up to them. I think she then realized that she connected me and not the supervisor and put me back on hold for another 20 minutes before I decided to hang up. Third time is the charm to realize that all my vendors will be shipping XXXXX for sure!
