I recieved a bill regarding a verizon account that i did not open at a address i never live at or a phone # i never had and the bill is 564.17 but they would settle for half the total. This bill is back from 1999 what is the statutes of limitations in washington they said they just acquierd this bill from verizon n.W. These guys are very slick becouse i almost paid it but my guts said wrong answer.
