I ordered a bag from aboutattitude.com without doing any research. I get their address from Style Watch magazine. I just assumed that the company would be a reputable company. I wish I did though.

I put my order on October 31st. I understand there's 2 weeks waiting period because it's a new arrival item. But it's November 26th and I haven't received the bag.

I contacted them twice by emails, but no answer, and there's no phone number listed on the site. Even if there's a delay or problem with the shipping or whatever the problem might be, at the very least they could've explained, instead of leaving customer in the dark. I received email from them about a new promotion, but they don't have time to answer my email!

I am very disappointed. This is the second time I get ripoff from online companies, after Ebay. I would think that since the site mentioned in many publications, they would have some customer service attitude at all.
