Never send you your deposit refund

This company told me that I would receive my full deposit back after moving-out. I have called and gone over to the apartment complex so many times I can't remember them all and spoken to Jackie or the male manager. I have been told for 3 months and a week that I would get my money back and to date, NOTHING. I was told to call the main office that is owned by THE STAR OF INDIA TRADING COMPANY since the apartment management apparently can't do their own job.

I spoke to HARRIET who can apparently have the check made out in two days and sent out. That was two weeks ago. She told me that it was taken care of, took down my name and address and guess what, NOTHING. I don't know what else to do. My money is being held hostage either on purpose or do to an INCOMPETENT group of people that then should not be running a company.

When you call the apartment complex, good luck. It is rare that someone is even there and they never return your calls. You have to go in person and then they act surprised as if it is the 1st time the have ever seen you. If there is someone that can help me please help. I know that 2 other previous tenants are going through the same thing since Jackie showed me the fax history she has been sending over to HARRIET.
