Class Action America And Class Action Watchdog And Emerson Direct
Can't find my account to cancel & keeps billing from emerson direct!

I went to classactionamerica.com and they was advertising "join now" so I decided I would do it since the first 7 days was just $1 and then after the trial period you would be billed 6.95 per month with no contract.

After I realized what the site was all about, it wasn't what I was looking for and found that there is no phone numbers or contact information on their site to cancel the membership. There was a contact form that no one EVER answers to. I have sent over 10 of these forms from their site to them and NO ONE has replied to them.

A few days later, the $1 charge shows up on my VISA card with a phone number. I get excited thinking finally "customer service". Go figure this contact is for a company called EMERSON DIRECT and they sell SMOKE AWAY but do some of the "stuff" for Classactionamerica.com and classactionwatchdog.com

I told them I was trying to get in contact with classactionwatchdog.com or classactionamerica.com and he gave me this number to call that was the exact same place "EMERSON DIRECT" he did not want to deal with this matter.

This time I speak to a "female" and she goes searching through the system. You are no where to be found they must have deleted you already and you will not have any other charges from us and our normal charges are between $60 and $80 anyway. I thought that was the end!

A few days later I was looking at my VISA account online and see they hit me with the $6.95 fee and the same number listed beside the charge 1-800-611-5930 so ONCE AGAIN I call and said I am wanting to cancel my account with classactionamerica.com/classactionwatchdog.com and he said what is you name/zip code / etc and AGAIN no one can find me in the system

After 50 minutes on the phone this "guy" says I'm sorry but you are not in our system and we are linked to those companies but you are not to be found. He further goes to say that he can't take this matter to his supervisor because we are not in the system!

This company is FRAUD!
