Ripoff non-delivery of pre-paid item

Donald M Emerson, President of Pro Jet Power Equipment, Inc. Retained a pressure washer part of mine assuring me that he would repair the part and mail it to me if I would pay him for the repair in advance. I paid for the repair along with the maintenance of my pressure washer and left the Dirt Blaster with Mr. Emerson. I believe that Mr. Emerson was not paying his suppliers and knew that he would be unable to obtain the parts to make the repair when he accepted payment. I believe that this is a fraudulent act and that I will seek legal recourse. I will also contact my credit card company to have the charges for the pressure washer repair that wasn't completed properly along with the stolen part and repair that was fraudulently charged reversed to allow the CC company the direct avenue to prosecute Mr. Emerson. Mr. Emerson I hope you go to jail and get screwed like you screwed your cusomters!
