Violation of Company Policy, Harassment, Retaliation... Where's Justice?

It all started back in December when a few individuals from our HR/Operations office went to the Vice President, supposedly in confidence, with complaints against how their HR manager was treating them and making HR Manager's HR Staff do the majority of HR Manager's work duties, hoping for some resolve. A week later, that HR manager started individually calling in members of their HR team. The HR manager then pretended the meeting was to "see how things were going" and "wanted to know how the individual was doing." When it seemed as though the individual wasn't getting the answers they wanted, the HR Manager then proceeded to intimidate and coerce the individuals by telling them they "knew all about why you went to the VP so if you'd like to change your answer...". The HR Manager then prompted to provide detailed information regarding the individual's "confidential" meeting with their VP, verbatim. The HR Manager continued the interrogation by demanding these individuals name names immediately and demanded they tell HR Manager who was spreading "gossip." When these individuals did NOT name names, HR Manager started growing impatient. Then proceeded to tell these individuals that if they had a problem with them (HR Manager) that they were not to go to the VP and instead to go to HR Manager, thereby taking away or attempting to take away their proper chain of command.in these meetings with this HR Manager, HR Manager violated company policy by harassing and retaliating against these individuals that sought out proper chain of command by going to their VP. Also, HR Manager violated policy by attempting to take away these individuals' proper chain of command.intimidating, harassing, and retaliating against them to push them into silence and fear of losing their jobs.

Other individuals in the same office then attempted to contact the Regional HR Vice President in hopes that maybe some resolve would come. However, apparently, they found out that said Regional HR VP had close ties to the VP and the HR Manager of that office and if they went to the Regional HR VP, they would NOT be fairly or equally heard and instead, were scared and intimidated to do so.

Then individuals tried to contact higher chains of commands anonymously, telling these individuals they did not feel comfortable talking with their VP or Regional HR VP, but then apparently, the Regional HR VP is going to conduct an investigation and is singling out three individuals other there from the HR department to interview for this investigation process.

Now I wonder how those 3 people can be singled out for an investigation if some one's complaints were done anonymously... And certain facts surrounding this upcoming investigation lead to believe that it is NOT a credible investigation or appropriate investigation.

It seems that no matter how well you do your job and believe in the core values of Securitas (INTEGRITY, VIGILANCE, AND HELPFULNESS) and if you attempt to report wrongdoings within the company that you are constantly in fear and worry, will be retaliated against and could possibly put your job in jeopardy.
