They dont follow the rules and will fire you

My wife and I drove for this company for over a year. We enjoyed this company until November. This is when we were assigned a new Driver Manager. This driver manager from the get -go wasn't very polite. She was very rude on the phone. We were told by the president of this company that he would rather see us fire our driver manager than quit his company. We tried to fire our Driver manager 3 separate times. The first time we were wrote up for trying to fire her. We went up the chain of command like we were told and had the write up removed. The second time we had to go all the way to the VP of Operations. This was bad for us on our part because the VP of Ops and the Driver Manager were buddies and he didn't want to see this happen.
