Contract Not Honored

I also wish we would have been more diligent in investigating this company. They were very responsive as they attempted to sell us an opt-in list for the market we needed and the product we were promoting. They also guaranteed deliverability results and said they would refund 1/2 of our money if the first campaign is not satisfactory. They guranteed 80% deliverabiltiy. We didn't even reach 50% and the names that bounced back to us were not even in the market we wanted. When we tried to contact them for the refund, the messages we left that were immediately returned while they were trying to sell us, went unanswered. They use an answering service and when we got upset with the answering service, they admited they only email the information to the company and have no way of contacting them. We hired attorneys and got judgements against the company. The judgements were served and were never able to be delivered since the addresses the company uses are not legitimate addresses. This was an expensive lesson for a small company and hopefully this report will alert others to do a bit more investigation.
