Charged for services not provided

I registered a complaint against a man on their site and then wanted to delete it which is an option they offer for a $25.00 fee. I attempted to order this service and entered my credit card information. When I hit the submit button the next page that appeared was a DNS entry page (page not available). So I tried it a second time and then same thing happened. I was charge twice for this service that I did not receive. Additionally, I tried to log back in and was unable to get into my 'free' account to as least edit my complaint entry. I went throught entire website and there is no contact information that is legitimate. I tried sending complaint emails to three different email addresses listed on this site and all were bogus addresses. Two of the messages were returned undeliverable and 3 other messages I sent to their technical email address were not responded to. The phone number on my visa statement listed for this merchant is disconnected. I still need to have this entry deleted OFF their website. I am going through a very dangerous divorce and this could put me at risk. Thank you.
