Refusing to provide phone records of my acct, and history of past payments. Double billing

At one time you were able to check your phone calls online, well you cant do that any more. No web site to be found. I've requested the last 2 mos I've paid my monthly bill for copys of all my phone calls. Each time they refused to provide me with the records, stating they didnt have to and was not reguired to give me anything.
Another thing, your lucky if you talk to someone that can speak english!
I've been doubled billed on 2 occasion in the past. My local bank took care of this. Now to top it all off, each time I go and pay my mo bill by phone, they deduct mins from my acct. My contract with so called outfit has long since run out, I've been paying on a mo bases.
Tech issues, well thats a ripoff to, it seems their tech people have been out to lunch now for almost 6 mos. Im disabled and with a limited income, thanks Liberty for taking my money every mo and not providing any services.
