Was charged late fees on credit protection on a promotional balance paid before the due date.

I did not know I had such protection, or that money was owed.

When I called GE card services, the gentleman I spoke with was very sarcastic and nasty. He led me to believe I had 3 such charges placed on my account, when in fact it was only 1, which he did adjust for.
