Dishonest promotional payoff attached with additional bogus fees that are still not explained

I was a customer with Care Credit and had a promotional purchase at the time in which I will have up to Oct. 15 to pay it off. I had resolved a billing problem with Care Credit because they had sent my bill to an old address and I made the scheduled payment in full after resolving the problem with Care Credit (By the way Care Credit was very nice to me and I have nothing negative to say about them).

Several months later I get a notice that GE Capital is taking over all accounts with Care Credit and if you made a purchase during the promotional payoff with care Credit you would still need to abide to the previous contract with Care Credit. I figured no problem since I have no late payments with them and payments are being made. It wasn't unitl two months ago I noticed that they nailed me with a late payment fee!

I called to dispute it however they said there was nothing that they could do. I was really upset and got very verbal using lots of profanity. Because my bill did not get to them till after a day due date they punished me for it. I see that the promotional payoff balance is $313.00. I made the payment on time however now there is an unknown balance of $140.00. They tried to say that it was late fees with a previous credit card called Citibank however they were wrong. Once again they did nothing for me. I feel like a victim here and would like to stage a protest in front of all the retailers who do business with GE Capital Cons cardco.
