Misrepresented firm to aquire another insurance claim from a personal injury accident

In I went to Golightly after an injury accident. I was promised a very large settlement at the beginning due to the nature of my injuries and the overwhelming x-rays and medical reports.

It is now I have moved from Vegas to Washiington State and the case has yet to settle. Chad Golightly and Associates have made many verbal promises, never returned phone calls promptly and now has said that I am lucky to get the pittance that I am supposed to receive.

As of January, I have made it know that I would not respond to any correspondence from his office unless it is in writing. The office has threatened me with consequences, tried to coerce me, sworn at me and has told me to quit whinning, that it is what it is.

I would like to chat with Jack (the retired AG) I feel there might be a class action here.
