Channels Removed and Defective $300 DVR on Best HD Package

After I subscribed to the best HD package and bought a $300 DVR (which is defective), Directv created a new package of programs and took away several of the channels I originally had. I am already paying plenty for their services, twice my old cable bill. I don't believe you can ever get a deal at $29.95 (as seen on TV).

I have also spent many hours with them trying to get a referral credit, a working DVR and other issues resolved. If they get it right the first time, you will be happy. If there are problems, get ready to be stonewalled by their inept, uncaring employees.
