Directv adds their own "premium" HD channel line up for more $

After subscribing to the best HD package and $300 DVR (defective) Directv has created a new package of programs and has taken away several of the ones I originally had. I am paying plenty for their services already, twice my old cable bill. Don't believe you can ever get a deal at $29.95 (as seen on tv).

I have also spent many hours with them trying to get referral credit and a working DVR and other issues. If they get it right the first time you will be happy. If there are problems, get ready to be stonewalled by their inept non caring employees.
