I received a letter today saying the I owed $397.63 to GTE Mobile.
I have never had GTE mobile I only had Sprint for cell service. I called CBCS and they would not give me any iformation on how to take my name out of the collection all they want is money that I do not owe. Customer Svcs Barbara and Satin are very rude and all they do is hang up on my because I keep on asking them what is the procedure to get my name of the list.
