I wanted to return the product because it was not working. I was encouraged to try it a bit longer and was given an extension. I returned the product (since it still didn't work) and they refused to refund my money because they had no documentation of giving me an extension. They refused to contact the individual who gave the extension. Also, they refused to look into the matter any further.
