Don't expect them to hold your hand all the way as advertised

Their advertising states the following:

We will hold your hand and guide you through the entire process so that you are never alone. We will answer all of your questions, no matter how many they are. Contact as as often as you like, before, during and after filing and we will be there for you. We promise.

This is not true. You have 20 days to get your information completed and your papers downloaded. You pay extra to extend that time. Once you have your papers downloaded, they are done with you. If you try to log back in you get the following prompt.

Account Expired

According to the service agreement, you had 20 days to finish giving us your bankruptcy data and now more than 25 days have expired. If you want to continue you can purchase a 10 day extension right here and now. After purchasing the extension, you will be able to return to the questionnaire where you left off. We allow only one extension, so use this period without delay. Please click here to go to the payment page. The fee for the extension is $59.

You may be just going back in to find additional information from their reference resources or to ask them a question. You would have to pay for this priviledge.

Nobody completes a bankruptcy in 20 days. Their statement above about holding your hand before, during and after is bogus. I have needed assistance and had questions that did not rquire re-doing my paperwork. Just wanted assistance. Can't be done.

I'm not saying their bankruptcy froms won't work but, had I the opportunity to do it again, I would have just used and software download product which costs at least $100 less.

I'm still waiting for my creditors meeting. I just hope it goes well. I've had to use other on-line resources for assistance since they blocked availability to theirs.
