Walmart Moneycard - Green Dot Corporation
Refusal of Chargeback

I purchased an item over the internet that I never received using by Walmart Moneycard. I called Walmartmoney Card and asked them if it was possible for me to get my money back. They told me yes it was and gave me the procedure to following in order to file a complaint/chargeback.

I followed their procedure and gave them all the information they requested. They wrote me back and told me that they could not proceed with my claim until they got a letter from paypal stating that it was okay to proceed with the claim. Paypal states that they can not give such a letter, and it is my right to request a chargeback as a consumer.

WalmartmoneyCard is assiting that they cannot proceed, they insist on ignoring my rights I am out of money and I don't have the product to show for it.

I just want justice. I want my money back.
