Hello, I have signed up for the Walmart MoneyCard. I have been charged with a $3.00 monthly charge on my card that I was not informed about. I am also having a very hard time getting PayPal money put onto the card. They are making it very difficult for my to get the money from PayPal to the Walmart MoneyCard.
