Non-responding rip off store. Took my money, did not give me my order, and will not respond to my correspondence

I order cologne on the 1st of Dec from them. I used Pal Pay like they asked. The site said the order will be shipped in 7-10 days. I have been waiting now for almost two months and no package yet. I have tried to contact them a few times with no response. All the times were with e-mail/their sight's contact me now page. They do not have a phone number, only a fax number, the contact me know page, or snail mail. I see that they have received the money from Pay Pal and that my order was still pending on their sight. Very disappointed about their lack of response and very pissed off that they robbed my money.
