I placed an order with 5mtl on Septemeber the 13th.
The site has a FAQ section which included the following blurb:

When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Note: International orders may take up to 2-4 weeks.

On September 24th I sent the following e-mail:

Hi there
I mailed an order and am convinced my post office is the worse ever so I just wanted my tracking number to make sure they weren't holding onto it.

When I got no answer I e-mailed their myspace page. I sent the following:
tried the regular mail contact and got no response. I was looking for my USPS tracking number for an order I placed.

No response.

October second I sent this e-mail:

On September the 13th I placed an order via an order form from your site. On the 29th I e-mailed asking for the USPS tracking number and did not get a response. I e-mailed your myspace page, and despite the page showing activity, as recently as today, I have not gotten a response on their either.
I am asking for clarrification on my order, a USPS tracking number would be appreciated. My information is below

I think you have some great products and was looking forward to more purchases but your lack of response is making me think twice about that.

No reply. On October 7th I sent this e-mail:

Given the fact that I seem to be going through something very similar I am taking this situation as a fraud situation.
I plan on filling with the proper channels regarding the mail fraud situation. I am giving you a chance to respond before I lodge complaints with the United states postal inspectors. My information follows below.

Given the fact that there is a myspace page for your company I will send another e-mail there and attempt to get a response as well. I will get information from the Myspace page as a way to show negligence on a prompt response.

October 8th I got this response:
Hello,

I am looking up your order with your email and your name and I am having trouble finding your order. Do you have an order number? Or do you have the email you used placing the order?

Let me know and I will get you any info I have. Worst case I will resend the order or issue you a refund by tomorrow.

E-mailed a response and two days later I sent a follow up e-mail and despite myspace saying that he has logged in daily since then I have not received a response. This guy really is a joke and a scam artist.
