Support Kids
They lie about what they can do in child support cases

Shops, Products, Services

This is what is on my case info and what they can do according to support kids this information came directly from my case status

Case Location: Enforcement - Our Locate Department has been successful in locating the non-custodial parent and your case is currently assigned to an Enforcement Specialist. The Enforcement Specialist will use various resources in attempts to collect payment on your behalf. These resources may include wage garnishment, voluntary payment plans, and/or liens. During this process, the enforcement specialist may communicate to the non-custodial parent by telephone, place of employment, and through letters of enforcement. The Enforcement Specialists are each assigned a caseload which allows the cases to be worked approximately every 3-4 weeks. This timeframe varies depending on the specifics of your case.

A whole lot of call placing and leaving messages. This company called me everyday trying to get me to let them handle the case, now I never hear from them! They are predatory They did get a 2000.00 paymentinitially and took
$475.00 case development fee
1006.00 as the 34% fee

As you can see since the initial payment they have moved into the WE have called and left a message on an answering machine faze. (see below)

Where is the due diligence in the initial statement and why have thy not done wage garnishment? They stated they found an employer I believe the stament are misleading from my research they can only act in the manner of a collection agency. My advice is to take your deabeat spouse to court instead of signing on with this so called "There for you company"
