Ripoff Chair Cover Rental in Michigan BEWARE doing business with VANESSA DOWDELL

In I had placed an order for sashes (for chair covers) with Vanessa Dowdell, aka Unforgettable and Creative Solutions aka Creative Linens. She appeared to sound very friendly and eager to help when I spoke with her SEVERAL times. We agreed on a price of the sashes; and the total was over $3,000.

After I had sent Vanessa a check, she was extremely hard to contact. She didn't answer her phone, and when she did, she'd have to "call me back" because she was busy. It got to the point where I took legal action against this SNAKE of a woman, and she promised to refund my money. Well, she never did and to make matter worse, she gave me a promised delivery date for the original sashes, in which i NEEDED them (I had a wedding to do linens for) and they never arrived. So, not only did I
lose money for the "purchase" of the sashes from VANESSA DOWDELL, I lost the wedding event (I had to give to another linen company) and this woman told me that "things happen".

Well, I just want the world to know that if you ever come across VANESSA DOWDELL in the linen industry; STAY AWAY. I spoke with some other linen companies in Michigan and they are well aware of the liar, theif, and MINISTER (can you IMAGINE???). They know that she doesn't pay her bills and constantly has an excuse for not paying or not giving what she promised.
Since VANESSA DOWDELL has disconnected her phone, changed the name of her business and taken down her site, she is hard to find, but just a word to the wise,
PLEASE do not do business with this woman. You will regret it.
