To many bad checks to venders so i quit to only find my final pay plus bonus was bad

I was working for this company for about a year, the father and son duo were always at each others throat for one reason or another, even at costomers homes the father robert was the perfect salesmen tell you one thing and did the total opposite, the son jason an alcoholic (with the dwi's to boot) was a university of tenn. Horticulture drop out. And told his costomers he graduated. The two of them were stressfull enough but the kicker was when getting materials for jobs lets just say they were kings of robbing from peter to pay paul. When at lines at loews or home depot the cashier would decline the checks for previous bad checks more than 30 a month they would make good on them but how about the insufitiant funds at there own bank when it came for employees to cash there hard earned money.

Me being the only employee at times because the company had a problem keeping people due to the stress and bad checks, finally I had enough and put my 30 day notice to quit but stuck around for a while longer then left when leaving I never got my last pay or bonus checks finally1 month after leaving I got my check in the mail to only find that it was rubber so I went to the courts and filed papers for the bad check.

Jason suhy was served with them and a month later I was arrested for theft and forgery. Accused of stealing my own money yes i'm fighting it to the max and would even take it to the press if i thought it would help. And he never botherd to show up for court. I'm still battling this in court today and wont give up. Oh there also notorious for starting jobs and not finishing them. At least I can sleep at night. How can they?
