Grand Larceny theft of Clothing

I hired this company, they had placed a business card on my door, to clean my house, they seemed very professionak and curteous.in my upstairs Master Bedroom, I had two bags, one for laundry and one for dry cleaning with approx. $2,000 worth of my husbands expnsive dress shirts and some of my things.

After the girls left, I was preparing to take my things to the dry cleaners and noticed the white bag of cloths was gone. I called the service and spoke to the girl on the phone explaining the situation. She said, let me call the girls who were at the house to see what happenend. I recieved a call back and was told "Thry put it in the garage". My questions was, since when do you place a bag of cloths in the garage, who gave you permission to even touch it?

I asked to speak to the Owner, and was told she would call me between 5:30-6 to talk to me. I never recieved a phone call, I called and no answer. My husband came home and used his phone to call them (different #) and someone answered. We told them that we were told that we would be recieving a phone call from the owner, Rpsie Rojas in the morning (Saturday) we them asked what their business license was, we were told that it was unaccesable at the moment, they could not provide it.

No phone call in the morning, my husband finally called and spoke to the owner, Rosie and all she said was: "Prove it"...

I am beyond apalled that a business would conduct them selves in this manner and want to tell as many people as possible about these people.

I've filed a police report and am waiting to hear back from the detective assigned to the case..
