UMS ripoff cheated me on rebate dishonest dirty liars

This company really gave me a screwing&they happen to be the marketing firm for the eve so popular AT&T "free to go" prepaid cell phone. They claimed if i purchased this cell phone for $99.00 they would in turn give me back a rebate check for $30.00...

WELL GUESS WHAT—I sent in rebate form and the info as required with reciept as proof of purchase showing the date purchased, and mailed it to them, well about 4 weeks went by, so I called to find out what is going on, they replied ohhhhhhhh we cannot send you a rebate refund, the receipt of date purchased was un-readable due to somehow getting moist in the mail (hahahaha). Sure, was that the best they could do with an excuse!

Well I then called At&t and even e-mailed them 3 times now about this, it's now been over 2 months and they replied&well nothing we can do for you, there the marketing company for us. I then told the LADY in AT&T customer service that&what you are the telephone company and it's your telephone, and she said YES your right, and that was that.

I told AT&T if they were going to RIP ME OFF like this, I's take my business elsewhere, seems like they could care less, WHY SHOULD THEY, Hell I already bought the phone from them, TO LATE NOW! I give them about $200 a month in business, and they rather lose me as a customer, then to give me MY $#) rebate refund check. BOTH AT&T AND UNITED MARKETING can kiss my ASS!
