Northern Leasing Systems
Don't trust their lease, don't give them you checking acct

I am a small business. I was solicited by a company called Trans National Bankcard for a c.C. Terminal. And the lease was with Northern Leasing Systems, inc. They told me that it would cost 39.95 a month and that they could transfer the lease to someone else if it didn't work out for me. I had only been in business for 1 month. I worked out of my home office and wasn't sure if my customers would need it. A man by the name of "sully" Joseph Sullivan convinced me that if it didn't work, it could be tranferred to someone else.
I did not use the machine. I have had 4 transactions in 11 months.

I noticed all of these wierd dollar amounts being taken out of my checking account. They were from companies that I did not authorize and amounts I didn't authorize. It was costing me $ to just have the machine in my little office. I called and tried to cancel but they told me that it would cost over $200 to cancel the service and well over $1000 to cancel the lease. None of this had ever been pointed out to me. They did not send the whole contract to me, and it was hard to read and didn't make sense. They basically lied to me.

I have had my bank decline their transactions because they were for $ I had not authorized and from co's I didn'tknow about. I am now gettiing collection letters. Not fair... There are web sites called Northern leasing system sucks, and others that are exposing this fraudulent and deceitfull practice.

The name of the Owner of Norther Leasing is Jay Cohen, and the chairman of the board is Leonard Mezei, his # is 703-516-9300, fax is 703-516-9308.

Don't use this company... I got swindled...
