Just found them on my Credit. Was never contacted about this bogus account-SCAM

I just happened to sheck my credit and found this bogus company listed as collections. I have never had collections and never heard of the supposed delinquent account. Filed a dispute with thecredit beareus and was denied and changes according to Portfolio Recovery's claims. I'm not even sure if I should contact Portfolio about this bogus claim.
