Deceptive Daycare

I have been on their waiting list for daycare since August of 07. Every month I would go in verify my place on the list and check in with them.
Today I find out they never put me on any list even though I have spoken to several people in there on different occasions. I have been lied to about awaiting daycare now I have to start on a new list with a new place, which is another 3 to 4 more months on top of this.
What ever happened to people doing their DXXX job like they are supposed to.
