High rates for no reason, 'rush' fees for paying ON TIME

If you have a credit card or a Best Buy card with these people, no matter what the due date says on the statement, they will not accept it THAT DAY unless you pay an 'rush' fee that day!!! This should be illegal, and be warned, these people could care less if you discover this after the fact-there is NO WARNING when this is done, and I have never, in 40 years in busines known of a company who defines a due date as late unless they are paid what amounts to extorsion money.
