I ordered a pressure cooker gasket from Cooking and Canning and at the time I placed the order was advised that the order would ship on that day and my debit card was charged on that day. When the order was not received, I made over 100 attempts to call them during their limited business hours there was never anyone to answer my calls and there was no voicemail option. I also attempred to e-mail them but they failed to respond to my e-mail.
