Timeshare rental/resale ripoff, took money but never listed property

Listed property with Copeland Marketing in March after searching site on internet. Spoke with a Valerie Rees which handled the listing.

Called in May to check property due to no calles with offers received. Was not allowed to talk to Mrs. Rees, instead a customer service rep handled my call. She assured me that my property was being listed and that Mrs. Rees was showing my property that weekend.

Called again in August and was told no one called me because the only offer they had received was for 600 or - dollars at which time I reduced the amount of the listing price from 23000 to 15000 obo.

Still had not heard from any reps as of January. Called on Jan 29, spoke with yet another customer service rep that told my property was still being listed but has yet to receive offers
