Did not honor the price as marked Rockaway New Jersey

On Sunday December 9th, I visited the store located at the Rockaway Mall in Rockaway NJ.in walking the isles, I noted a display for the Margaritaville Drink Machine, Key West Model. The display had several of these piled high, however, I noted that three of them contained different pricing. One was marked $ 299.00, another $ 199.00, and yet another $69.00 I looked at all the boxes and they were the exact same item.

I proceeded to place the one box priced at $ 69.00 into my cart. As I completed shopping, I went to pay for the items. The Margarittaville Machine scanned at $ 299.00. I pointed out to the cashier at register 3 the price on the box was $ 69.00. The indicated it is obviously the wrong price. I asked to call the Manover over to discuss this. The time was 2:05pm. Another individual named Mr. Sinclair arrived and indicated "no way is this the right price", "you're not getting it for $ 69.00". His demeanor was sharp, harsh and contra sendng. Mr. Sinclair indicated that the Store Manager would have to make the decision, but he was out to lunch.

I waited an hour and finally made the purchase at approximately 3:10pm, paying the full price less a 20% coupon. I placed the items in my car and went back to the store to get the Store Manager's name. When I approached the cashier, she indicated the Store Manager was walking around. When she pointed him out, I realized he was there the whole time as I had seen him walking around. She identified him as Vinnie. I went over and approached this individual. He was aware of the story. He indicated that someone must have changed the price. His tone and demeanor was negative. We walked together to the display and I pointed out the box marked $ 199.00 and told him I had already purchased the one for $ 69.00, however had to pay the full price. He would not adjust the price.

I asked Vinnie for his card and he indicated he doesn't have any. I continued to ask Vinner for his last name and he refused! I continued to ask for his last name and he indicated that he doesn't have to provide that to me.

I feel that I was left standing at the cashiers station for over an hour in the hope that I would just go away. The manager and Mr. Sinclair were curt and obviously annoyed.

I cannot understand how your store manager would also refuse to provide his name. I would like a credit for the difference in the price marked on the package and the price I paid. I also think the Manager's refusal to provide his name should be addressed.
