Intell took 4,000.00 hard earned, honest dollars and gave me 180 not the 210 promised false leads not one lead was real

I want to know how to get ahold of these people, thet took 4,000.00 dollars from me and did not supply me with one real lead. I was patient with them and ask for a refund severtal times to no avail. They did not even fulfill their contract with me and now appear to be out of businesws as all phone lines are disconnected. I waqnt these people in jail where they belong. Can someone help me put them their this is Amercia. I don't know maybe in Cal you can go around ripping people off with no concequences.
