George Thomas Promised $2 Leads for Real Estate then $6 per Lead after 90 Day Trial Period

Agentway.net which also goes by AgentDirect, LendersDirect, and WebDirect a ClearCom Corporation, promised an unbelievable deal for buyer leads for real estate. They basically told me that during the 90 day trial period that buyer leads were $2 per lead. After the 90 days the price is $6 per exclusive lead and I would only pay for the leads I accept. These leads typically sell for $30-$60 dollars with other companies.

After waiting for 30 days and not receiving any leads I called to complain. They promised that the leads would come gave me an upgrade. They said if I was not satisfied with one week I could formally request a refund to their email at clearcommedia.com

I requested by email and fax and they ignored me. I also was told to fax to George Thomas the owner to request the refund, and he ignored my calls and fax.

The main problem is that I was suckered into a sales pitch that they needed a check and not a credit card.By sending the check you dont have any recourse. With a credit card you can call the card and complain they knew this and that is why they ask for a check for $294 payable to ClearCom Corporation.

They do not fulfill their promises stay away from all of their companies.
