Rude non careing Rip off artists

Insurion is a horrible company that does not do anything they say they are going to! They are very rude, unprofessional and not careing whatsoever! We pay this company every month to get a replacement phone if something was to happen to it and what do we get besides a headache and the wrong phone a week later when they say 2-3 days!

I filed a claim on my phone on jan 2nd 08 and who i talked to said i would have my phone 2-3 buisness days later and still nothing! I decided to call and see whats was going on and they said oh im sorry but ur phone wasnt shipped out until jan 6th 08. Which means that i will not have my phone now until at least the 10th of january. And they say there is nothing tha they can do about it.

The employees are very short and rude. The supervisors are even worse because they have no idea whats going on with the company that they work for. We pay this company for what? They should not give you a time on which your phone will be recieved especially when they dont know when they are going to get around to actually shipping it!

It is cruel and unfair that these people can treat customers this wasy and get away with it. I am not afraid of speaking my mind and i am going to give this company hell about what they have done to me people in the past and the ones that they are going to try and shaft in the future i will not let this go until something is done. Why should we have to deal with these companies anyways? Can the carriers not do it?
