My wife and I got married in September. We signed up with Solid Gold back in June, and I paid $1,000 on my CC way ahead of time. I was promised on the phone by Dave the sales rep I would have my video beforeThanksgiving.
It is now January, and I HAVE NO VIDEO. I get the run around everytime I call.
If you are thinking about using them because of the attractive price, STOP. You would be better off getting your drunk friend to stand at your wedding with a video camera and pay him double, then what you get with A Solid Gold.
It's just a plain unprofressional organization, and I already speaking with my attorney on how to move forward in Small Claims or get a judgement against them.
So do not use them, very unrofessional, and puts a bad name on the Wedding Industry!!
