I recently moved and was unable to pay my $59 bill so opted to pay $30.

On Christmas Eve I recieved a call from T-Mobile at 8A.M. An automated voice informed me that I was $29.04 past due. It was not even two weeks which is not past due. The automated voice threatened to discontinue my service if T-mobile did not receive payment in 24 hours. This would have cut my phone off on Christmas.

I spoke to a representative who scolded me for not paying it on time and arrainged to have payment by Jan 1.

I was then called by the automatron the day after Christmas demanding pay. I spoke with a supervisor and explained 1. It is not past due and 2. I made an over payment somewhere around march-may. I was then told that the bill is past due.

I have been a customer with T-Mobile for two years. I was very pleased with their service until now.instead of trying to work with me they tried to strong arm me. I will never use their service again.
