They don't answer phone - charged my card, no package and no response to email or phone calls

I ordered about $90 worth of goods a week ago and my card was charged BUT I received no tracking info and have not received the goods. I called both phone numbers provided and no one answers the phone. I've called at least 10 times and let the phone ring till I get disconnected by the phone company. I've emailed 2 email addressed and received no reply.

Their website says to call if you want delivery by Xmas but they don't answer the phone so I can't order more things - which I was going to do - and I can't find out about the things I already paid for. I ordered things from 2 other companies on the same day and have received those items already... Days ago.

The only response I did get was a Paypal notice that I'd been charged and a note that one of my items was back ordered. I can't find out what happened to the rest of the order.
