Charged my credit card but never delivered the goods I ordered

Ordered $109.00 (including shipping, 3-4 day delivery) worth of Frontline Plus for Cats on 8/28/05.
My credit card was debited on 8/29/05.
9/6 sent e-mail questioning when I would receive delivery.
9/7 received a call from them saying goods on back order but I would have priority shipping. They expected delivery in the next 1-2 days.
9/15 called 877-711-7387, spoke with "Tim". He said goods were shipped on 9/12 and should arrive 9/15 or 9/16.
9/18 goods still did not arrive. Sent e-mail to "sales@mypetdrugstore.com" cancelling order and requesting that the $109.00 debit card be removed.
9/20 debit still had not been removed from my credit card. Send letter to credit card company, advising that I had not received goods ordered and requested that they remove the charge.
