Items Never even mailed and kept my money - PayPal got some back but not enough funds for full refund

I order 2 books and paid thru PayPal in early Oct and by the end of Nov no books were ever received. I emailed the company 2 times and no response. I called the company and was told that the books would be mailed the next week. I filed with Paypal to investigate then too. Surprise! No books were received. I thru Pay Pal got about 60% of my money back as there were not enough refunds for a full refund. My mother also got no books she had ordered and when she called was told, "oh the money thru Pay Pal was on the wrong account" so just fax the order info again and they would mail them right out. Shocker! No books ever received. Now 2 weeks later no response from them after she asked for a confirmation email from them. Her credit card company credited her account right away - she was lucky. On the web site it no longer takes Pay Pal and has some song and dance about refunds for damaged goods. Damaged goods how about any goods? Stay away from them far far away
