Fruadulent bill 90831long Beach

On August 14th I did make two collect calls to my home phone after having a blowout on the highway. Even though 32.68 for 12 minutes is exorbitant and the charges were not disclosed, I did pay those charges on my September bill. I then got my December bill and the charges were there again, only with subtle differences, instead of stating they were on August 14th they now stated September 14th. Two different times and a month later for the exact same amount of minutes; I did not make these calls.

After spending nearly 3 hours calling, being dropped or on hold i finally got a representative named George who stated he would reverse the charges, I then asked to speak to his supervisor as i told him that these charges were not part of a sign up (as he thought I was calling from prison) but that they were manipulated to look like calls that i had made in the hopes I would just pay it. I got a voice

I hope they get investigatedas this is not about the fee being too high, it is for putting fraudulent charges on my phone bill and I am sure many others. I do have copies of both bills and proof that i had been stranded on 8/14 but would not and did not make phone calls from that pay phone at times listed on the bill when I was over 20 miles away at work.
