Refused to sell at advertised price. Huntington Beac

Circut City had a ad in our Sunday paper (Orange County Register), on 12/9/07, for a Fujifilm SX700 camera with an advertised price of $109.99.

On 12/11/07 I went to the Huntington Beach, Calif. Store (#0416) to purchase the camera. The salesman retrieved one from stock. When he rang it up in the Camera Dept. The price totaled well over $200. I told him it had been advertised a few days ago for $109.99.

He said that had been a mistake & the camera was over $200.

I noticed a pile of their ads on a nearby counter and picked one up. It was the same ad insert that had been included in my Sunday paper. These ads were placed out for current customers. There was no mention in them of any "mistake" in the advertised price.
